Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your Rex & Co costume. If it's not right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return
Email us at rexnco88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, or mail returns to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us at rexnco88@gmail.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear cannot be returned unless faulty.
